Here is a beautiful antique floral glazed chintz fragment. I think it dates to 1840-50 and I think it is American but I’m not 100% about that. This piece clearly has been used. The edges show evidence of stitching and there are tiny holes that indicate to me that it was tacked. There are not quilting lines. The repeat in this fabric is every 17 1/2”. I have a long piece that has four full repeats.  Please let me know if have any questions.
