We ship via USPS.  Our domestic shipping charge for quilts is $20 per quilt.  Insurance will be added if desired. Our shipping charge for textiles is $10 per shipment. We are happy to ship internationally and  calculate those charges individually. Please contact us for international shipping costs before completing purchase.

If you are unhappy with your quilt email or call within 24 hours of receiving it and ship it back within 2 days of receiving it.  It must be insured for the full value and must be in the same condition as when it was sent.  Your purchase price less shipping charges will be refunded.  

We are happy to offer layaway.  If purchased from the website we offer a 6 month no interest layaway.  All layaway sales are final with no returns or refunds.  Merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
